I had the honor of shooting the engagement and wedding photos of Ian and Nari, a very wonderful couple who live in San Fransisco. This engagement session was actually a surprise for Nari, who had no idea why she was getting vintage hair and makeup done at 9:30 in the morning! The surprise plan worked out perfectly and the outfits I styled for them were so darling. The Modern Hotel in Waikiki served as the backdrop for the photos, which were a perfect mix of vintage and clean modern architecture. The really heartfelt moment was when Ian revealed the engagement rings we placed on the Naupaka flower growing near the pool area, then slipped the ring on Nari's finger making it official!
Stay tuned for their wedding photos!
